BigBend Kennel is a North Dakota–based breeder of Small Munsterlanders, dedicated to producing dogs known for their versatility, cooperation, and proven performance in the field. Our breeding program is focused on meeting the expectations of serious hunters, while preserving the temperament, intelligence, and adaptability that make these dogs exceptional companions at home.

Upcoming Litters

As a first-time breeder, Bigbend Kennel has received guidance from Hunting Hills’ Kris Hill and works closely with Rod Jensen of Lakewood Kennel, both of whom have decades of experience and success breeding champion dogs. As the owner of our A litter’s sire, Rod has been actively involved in this breeding. The sire, Faithful Ozwald (“Ozzy”), comes from a strong line of proven hunting and hunt-tested dogs, including multiple Versatile Champions and NAVHDA Invitational qualifiers.

Polly’s A litter is expected in mid-April, with puppies anticipated to be ready for their new homes in early June.
